8:00 am - Arrive at United States Customs
9:00 am - Arrive at Amex Duty Free to pre-order duty free (Purchase product for return trip)
11:30 am - Arrive at West Acres Mall (Fargo) for Lunch
12:30 pm - Depart West Acres Mall for Minneapolis
** Everyone must be back on the Bus at 12:30 pm (No Exceptions) **
4:00 pm - Arrive at Sheraton Hotel (Ridgedale Mall)
** Hotel Check In - Your party will need to leave a credit card on file for incidentals **
Sat Evening is Free Time. (Bus Options, “Mall of America Shopping”)

Sunday, Oct 19/25 (GAME DAY)

9:15 am - Bus Leaves to Game/U.S Bank Stadium.
12:00 pm – “NFL Football” “Eagles vs. Vikings”
After the Game (approximately 3:30 pm)
4:00 pm) - Return to Hotel After the Game (Sheraton, Ridgedale Mall)
** Bus leaves for the hotel 30 mins after the game is finished (No Exceptions) **

Monday Oct 20/25

** Clear up any incidentals that may have occurred **
** Guests must check out of the Sheraton Hotel, (Ridgedale Mall)
8:00 am - Report to bus for departure
** Everyone must be on the Bus at 8:00 am (No Exceptions) **
12:00 pm - Arrive in Fargo, for lunch/shopping (45 Mins)
**You have 1 hr for Lunch and last minute shopping**
1:00 pm - Depart Fargo for Pembina
** Stop at Duty Free to pick up product you bought on Saturday
** Reminder: Make sure you have your Passports ready for Canada Customs **
4:00 pm - Arrive at the Canadian Border Customs
6:00 pm - Arrive in Winnipeg
** Drop off at **2081 Pembina Hwy, (Delta 9 location, Pembina Village South) **
** Drop off at **787 Leila Avenue (Salisbury House, North Pickup Location)**

A non-refundable $200.00 per person deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the scheduled event. Payments may be made by Cash, Cheque, PayPal/Visa/Mastercard. All payments are non-refundable. U-Drive confirmations will be mailed upon receipt of deposit. Event tickets, maps and directions will be mailed upon receipt of final payment. Bus Tour package confirmations will be mailed upon receipt of deposit. Event tickets, hotel accommodations, miscellaneous information will be mailed out approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
